Open your image. With the Dropper Tool find a dark color for your background
color, and a light color for your foreground color

Create a new image 1024 X 380.

Set your foreground material to gradient as shown below. Fill the layer with
this foreground-background gradient.

Go to 'Selections / Load from disk' og find 'L&Kfaith'.

Go to 'Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / Shadowlab' and use the following
settings:

Now go to 'Effects / 3D effects / Cutout' and use the following settings:

Select none.

Add a new layer (Layers / New Raster Layer).

Fil this new layer with your foreground gradient.

Go to 'Effects / Plugins / L&Ktrix ' and use these settings:

Lower the opacity of this new layer to 70%, and change the blend mode from
'Normal' to 'Overlay'.

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance.

Effects / Edge Effects/ Enhance More.

Add a new layer (Layers / New Raster Layer).

Go to 'Selections / Load from disk / L&Kfaith2':

Activate your image (click on it), then go to 'Edit / Copy'.

Go back to your background strip.

Edit / Paste into selection.
-
Layers / Merge all.

Now you can add your text. Add a new layer. Activate the Text Tool and use
the following settings:

Enter your text. Reduce the opacity of this text layer to 70%.

Go to 'Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / Shadowlab' and use the same settings
used in step 5.

Now that you are finished, you can merge all your layers.
