1. Open the background L&K les Frederiek achtergrond
   
   
2. Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - color dot, following settings:

4. Selections - load/save selections - load selection from disk and locate the selection: L&K_les Frederieke_1.
   
   
   
   
5. Adjust - blur - Gaussian Blur - 50

29. Activate your main tube (The L&K tube is L&K meisje_les Frederieke.pspimage.
    (Size is right)
    
    ** in case you use your own tube:
    Image - resize - height approx. 400 pixels.**
    
    
30. Edit - copy
    
    
31. On your working area:
    
32. Edit - paste - paste as a new layer.
    
    
    
    
33. Activate the tube
    L&K_les Frederiek_2.pspimage
    I strongly recommend to use the picture provided, because otherwise you will not get the intended result

37. Lower the opacity to 50%
    
    
    
    
38. Activate your eraser tool
    size 36, hardness 5, opacity 12:

41. Selections - load/save selections - load selection from disk.
    Locate your selection L&K_les Frederieke_4
    
    
42. Flood fill - flood fill your selection with white.
    
    
43. On your layer palette: lower the opacity to 38%
    
    
    
    
44. Selections - deselect.
    
    
45. Activate your text tool
    Preset: L&K_les frederiek_tekst_1
    
    
    
    In case you don't use the preset: Choose AldridgeScriptSSK, following settings:
    
    
    
    Kerning: -350
    
    
    
    
46. Type your text:
    "Touch my heart" (or any other text)
    
    
47. Place your text, use your move tool.
    
    
    
    
48. Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow; following settings:
    
    
    
    
49. Layers - merge - merge all (flatten)
    
    
50. Effects - Plugins - Photo plugins - Soft Focus, choose "Soft Light", following settings:
    
    
    
    
51. Image - add borders - 1 pixel, colour white
    
    
    
52. Open your copy background
    we put aside.
    
    
53. layers palette - highlight your background layer on your layers palette
    - promote your backgroundlayer to layer
    
    
54. Effects - image effects - seamles tiling
    following settings:
    
    
    
    
55. Adjust - blur - Gaussian blur - same settings as before.
    
    
56. Repeat:
    Effects - image effects - seamless tiling
    Now check MIRROR
    
    
    
    
57. Image - resize
    fill in: 1024 x 450.
    Lock aspect ratio UNCHECKED.
    
    
    
58. Now make a copy using SHift + D and minimize the original,we will need this later on - this is the background for your script.

61. Reactivate your tube:
    
    
    
62. Image - mirror
    
    
63. Edit - copy
    
    
64. On your working area:
    
65. Edit - paste - paste as a new layer
    
    
66. Place the tube to the right side of the image. Use your move tool.
    
    
67. On your layerpalette, change the blendmode to "soft light" (or lower the opacity to approx. 20%, this depends on the colour you're using.)
    
    
    
    
    
68. Reactivate your text tool
    Preset: L&K_les frederiek_tekst_2
    
    or manual: change direction to horizontal
    
    
    
    Reset kerning to 0
    
    
    
    
69. Type the following text:
    
    Live your life from your heart
    Share from your heart
    And your story
    will touch and heal people's souls.
    
    (or any other text you'ld like)
    
    
70. Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - same settings as earlier.
    
    
71. On your layerspalette lower the opacity to approx. 50
    
    
    
    
72. Image - rotate - free rotate
    
    
    
    
73. Use your move tool and place your text to your liking.
    
    
74. Activate your frame:
    
75. Edit - copy
    
76. On your 1024 x 450 working area:
    
77. Edit - paste - paste as a new layer.
    
    
78. Use your move tool and move your frame to the left.
    
    
79. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow:
    
    
    
    
80. Layers - merge - merge all (flatten)
    
    
81. Activate your 1024/450 image, you minimized before
