This tutorial is written in PSP 9 but can be made in
PSP version X too.

Preparation:
- Use a horizontal image.
- Set your foreground to a very light colour (in the original
tut: #f2e5c2)
- Set your background to a very dark colour (in the original
tut: #746d66)
- Choose a foreground/background gradient, with the following
settings:
- Activate the image Swanmatte.jpg
 The image
provided is already the correct size.
*When
using an image of your own, rezise it to width max. 400
pixels. Image - resize - all boxes checked.*
- Image / add borders / 30 pixels,
use a totally different colour!!!!
- Activate your magic wand, following settings:
- Using your magic wand, click in the border.
- Flood fill with your gradient.
- Effects / plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend emboss /
apply
- Selections / select none.
Put this aside, we will use it
later on.
- Go to your gradient and change the angle to
180

- Open a new transparent - size 1024 x
450 pixels
- Flood fill with your gradient.
- Effects / Image effects / Seamless Tile / following
settings:

- Adjust / blur / Gaussian blur / radius:
25
- Effects / Plugins / L&K site of wonder-L&K's Zitah;
following settings:
- Repeat:
Effects / Plugins / L&K site of
wonder-L&K's Zitah; now use following settings:
*Now we are going to use the plug in Ulead
Particle. There is a series of actions you will have to do, so
concentrate and follow the screen shots exactly.*
- Effects / Plug in / Ulead effects / Particle: click on LOAD

- Now choose FOG 3, click on
OK.

- Now click in the white box (1)
the window Kleur will open.
- Now click on the button: Aangepaste kleuren
definiëren (2)

- Fill in the values in the boxes beneath the black
arrow:
28, 227, 222; followed by
OK.

- Set opacity to 61 and Frequency to
25
- Now click a number of times on the button
RANDOM till you have some nice clouds. As you will find out
the clouds will differ from the ones shown in the example of the
tut. It can take a while - I had to click 18, 19, 20 times till I
was satisfied with the result. So decide for yourself which clouds
you prefer.
- Effects / plug in / ICNet software - Unlimited - Color
Filters - Color booster, OK.
- Change your foreground to colour, set your light
colour.
- LAYERS / NEW LAYER !!!!!!
- Activate your brush
find your L&K_les_Zitah_1
- Place the brush L&K_les_Zitah_1 to the
left of your working area (click twice)
- Your brush tool
still activated, find
your brush L&K_les_Zitah_2 and place this in
the right bottom corner (click
twice)
- Brush tool:
find your brush L&K_les_Zitah_3, place this on your
working area as example given (click once)

- Brush tool:
find your brush L&K_les_Zitah_4, place as example given,
click once.
- Now swap your colours: make your
dark colour your foreground colour.

Brush Tool and find your brush L&K_les_Zitah_5. Place as example given,
click twice.
- Layers / merge / merge all
layers

Set your foreground to black

Brush tool:  find your brush

Point to point - FEATHER on

Start at 1, draw to
2, to 3 and
back to 1. Double click, you will
get a selection:

Effects / Plug in / Flaming Pear / Flood;
following settings:

Selections / select none

Again, swap your colours, your light colour is
your foreground colour now.

Layers / new layer ! ! ! ! !

Activate your airbrush
tool  !!!!!!! Find your
brush L&K_les_Zitah_6

Place your brush as example given. keep your mousebutton
pressed to get a clear print

Change ROTATION to 90 ! ! !

Again place the brush as example
given:

Effects / 3D effects / dropshadow, following
settings:

Effects / plug in / FM Tile Tools / blend emboss /
apply

Layers / new layer

Activate your brush tool
again: 
-
Find your brush L&K_les_Zitah_7, and cover the previous brush with it
-
Effects / distortion effects / wind / From
left - 100
-
Layers - merge - merge
down
-
Layers / duplicate
-
Image / mirror
-
Repeat: Layers / merge / merge down
-
Activate the frame you made earlier: 
-
Edit - copy
-
On your working area 1024 x 450
-
Edit / paste / paste as a new layer
-
Layers / arrange / move
down
-
Now activate your tube  (the size of
the one provided is height: approx. 378)
-
Edit / copy
-
On your 1024 x 450 working area:
-
Edit - paste - paste as a new layer
-
Layers - arrange - bring to
top!!!!!

Use your move tool and place your tube to your
liking.

On your layer palette / lower the opacity, in the
original tut it's 40%, but this can differ, so just see what you
prefer.
- Layers - merge - merge all (flatten)
