Preparation:

• Check your statusbar -> menu View-toolbars-status
  
• Set your foreground colour to a dark colour (Lisette used #514949) matching your tubes.  
  
• Set your background to a lighter colour (Lisette used #bcbcbc) matching your tubes.
  These are the colours I used.
• We start with the basis, followed by the tubes. In case you use the tubes in the zip provided, you can skip a large section of this tut.
  In order to be able to work with your own material (tubes - images) there is an extra section in this tutorial.
  
  

1. Open a new transparant size 550 x 450 pixels.
   
   
2. Flood fill -> use your dark colour.
   
   
3. Selection tool: find Circle - feather on 50!!!
   
   
   
   
4. Put your cursor in the right upper corner
   draw a circle
   watch your status bar, you have to see (804 x 804)
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. effects / plugin/ L&Ksiteofwonders - LN Kaithlyn , helderheid op 10
   
   
   
   
6. selections / modify - contract - 10 pixels

    We will use the plug in Eye Candy, cut the layer and set this aside till the end of this tutorial.

22. Selections / keep selected !!!
    
    
23. Image / flip
    
    Now first make a copy using shift + d on your keyboard. You will need this to make a background in your script. Put this aside till later on.
    
    let's go on with the image:
    
    
24. edit / cut
    
25. followed by: edit / paste as a new image
    Put this one aside too
    
    
    
    We continue:
    
    
    
26. Change your foreground to gradient, find your foreground/background gradient, following settings:
    
    
    
    
27. selections / load/ save selection / load selection from disk

28. Flood fill / with your gradient
    
    
29. Foreground material: change repeats in 2
    
    
    
    
30. layers / new layers

33. selections / select none.
    
    
    
34. effects / 3D effects / dropshadow, following settings:

36. Return to your foreground material
    change the corner to 90
    reset repeats to 0
    
    
    
    
    
37. selections - load/ save selection - load selection from disk
    find your L&K_les_Feelings_3
    
    
38. flood fill / flood fill the selection with the gradient.
    
    
    
39. selections - select none.
    
    
    
40. effects - deformations effect - wind
    
    
    
    
41. effects / edge effects / erode
    
    
42. layers / load/save mask / load mask from disk

43. layers / merge / merge group
    
    
44. swap your material, make your light colour your foreground colour
    
    
    
    
    
45. layers / new layer !!!!
    
    
46. selections / load/save selection / load selection from disk

47. flood fill / flood fill with your light colour
    
    
48. selections - deselect.
    
    
49. effects / edge effects / erode
    
    
50. layers palette / lower the opacity of this layer - percentage depends on the colour you use.
    
    
    
    
51. layers / merge / merge all (flatten)
    
    Open your tube L&K les feeling_lijntje
    
    
    
    
52. edit / copy
    
53. activate your 550 x 450 working area
    
54. edit / paste as a new layer
    
    zoom in: view -> zoom in
    
    
55. move tool: move the line straight down as in the example given:

59. Magic wand, change feather to 0 !!!!

63. flood fill / flood fill the selection / use your light colour.
    
    
    
64. in your layer palette lower the opacity to approx. 40%

67. brush tool / find your brush L&K_les_Feelings
    
    
    
    stamp the brush on your working area, as example given:
    
    
    
    
    
68. check your brush settings and change Rotation to 90
    
    
    
    
69. stamp your brush twice on your working area , as in example given:
    
    
    
    
70. effects - edge effects - erode
    
    
71. in case you're using your own material or a different colour change the blendmode to luminance.
    
    
72. hide your foreground colour
    make the dark colour your background colour:
    
    
    
    
73. text tool; find your font Mars Police
    size 60 - make as: Vector
    
    
    
    
74. type your text "Feelings" or a text to your liking:
    
    
    
    
75. effects / 3D effects / dropshadow, following settings:
    
    
    
    
76. effects / plugins / graphic plus - spotlight, click ok.

    and L&K tube_les_ Feelings -> if you're using your own tubes, we will explain the procedure furtheron.
    
    these tubes are customized
    
    
    
77. Both tubes: edit / copy
    
78. activate your 550 x 450 working area
    
79. use your move tool and place your tubes
    skip the following and continue with step 80.

    If you're using your own material, the procedure is a bit different:
    (max. height approx. 450 - 500)
    you need one centre image and one tube
    
    
    
    1. activate your 550 x 450 working area
    2. selections / load/save selection / load selection from disk and find your
    L&K_les_Feelings_5.
    
    3. Edit / copy your image
    4. activate your 550 x 450 working area
    5. Edit / paste as new layer
    
    6. use your move tool to place the image/tube so the most important piece is in the little circle.
    
    
    
    7. hit your delete key on your keyboard once or twice, depending on your image>
    8. layerpalette / lower the opacity to your liking (I lowered till 40%)
    
    9. selections / load/save selection / load selection from disk
    find your L&K_les_Feelings_6
    
    10. activate your tube (max. height 500)
    
    11. edit / copy.
    
    12. activate your 550 x 450 working area
    13. paste as a new layer
    
    
    14. use your move tool an drag the tube to the left side
    keep in mind that a part from the tube will not be visable.
    
    
    
    15. again, hit your delete key on your keyboard.
    
    16. selections - deselect.
